These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from www.jecall.com.my (“the website”). Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Returns policies, and our Privacy Policy.
1. About us
The website is operated by Jecall Agrochemical Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 1316658-W), 13, Jalan Gangsa SD5/3B, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.

Business hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm, Saturday 8am–1pm (closed Sundays and public holidays).
2. Who can buy
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
- Pesticides and agrochemicals are sold for their registered, lawful use only, as stated on the product label.
- Some products are intended for professional, agricultural or pest-control use. For these, or for large quantities, we may ask for a business registration, licence or permit, or ask how the product will be used, before we accept the order.
- We may refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe the product may be misused, resold unlawfully, or sold in breach of the Pesticides Act 1974 or any other law. Any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Products, labels and safety
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may change from time to time. The label on the product you receive is the official instruction and takes precedence over any information on the website.
- Always read and follow the label before use, including the dose, safety precautions, protective equipment, re-entry and pre-harvest intervals, storage and disposal instructions.
- Keep all products away from children, food, animal feed and water sources.
- Any advice we give (on the website, by WhatsApp, phone or in store) is general guidance based on the product label and our experience. Results depend on correct use, weather, pest pressure and site conditions, which are outside our control. Check with the manufacturer or an agronomist if you are unsure.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include any applicable taxes.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product was shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you; you may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- Trade, bulk, government and export prices are given by separate quotation and may have their own terms.
5. Orders
- After you place an order you will see an order confirmation on screen and receive it by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
- The contract is formed when we accept your order by confirming it or dispatching the goods. We may decline an order, for example if stock is unavailable or the order breaches section 2. If we do, you will receive a full refund.
- Please check your order details carefully before paying. If you notice a mistake, contact us by WhatsApp as soon as possible; we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
6. Payment
We accept:
- Credit / debit card, processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Direct bank transfer. Your order is held until payment is received and confirmed. If payment is not received within 3 working days, the order may be cancelled.
7. Delivery and self-pickup
We deliver within Peninsular Malaysia, or you can collect your order free of charge from our Bandar Sri Damansara store. Delivery times, charges and pickup arrangements are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.
8. Returns and refunds
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of pesticides and chemicals because of a change of mind. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, leaking, wrong or missing, as explained in our Refund & Returns policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
9. Liability
- We are responsible for supplying genuine products that match their description.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse, use against the label instructions, incorrect mixing or dosage, improper storage, or conditions outside our control, nor for indirect losses such as loss of crop, yield, profit or business.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned.
- Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including your guarantees as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
10. Website use
Content, images and logos on the website belong to Jecall or the respective brand owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product brand names are trademarks of their owners.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kuala Lumpur, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring a claim before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
